Den va något utöver det vanliga, sträckläste boken på en dag. Riktigt bra story, väldigt intressant och ofta tankfyllt. rekommenderas till så väl sci-fi som fantasy fantaster.

Spännande och intressant bok. Väldigt tänkvärd när man får se hur författarna skapar nya förutsättningar för mänskliga tillvaron och hur den utspelar sig. Känns som om det finns mycket i denna sci-fi berättelse som talar om vår värld idag.

och en fantastisk resa genom en värld där politik, kriminalitet och mänsklig dumhet får ett nytt friskt perspektiv. Boken kan uppfattas som rörig i början med sin parallell handling, men blir snabbt lättare att hänga med i när handlingen börjar få fart.

Terry Pratchett was the acclaimed creator of the global bestselling Discworld series, the first of which, The Colour of Magic, was published in 1983. His fortieth Discworld novel, Raising Steam, was published in 2013. His books have been widely adapted for stage and screen, and he was the winner of multiple prizes, including the Carnegie Medal, as well as being awarded a knighthood for services to literature. He died in March 2015.
