About the author

William Hill is a naturalised northern Nevadan, a native of Indianapolis, Indiana and a product of many places and stories. He first learned to read through superhero comic books, then spy-thrillers, SciFi and finally fantasy novels, tucked in among the required classic readings. Bill has a degree in economics from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from the University of North Texas. He has been employed as a ski patroller at Diamond Peak, Incline Village, Nevada, a sports official in Douglas County, and has been certified in Outdoor Emergency Care.
