Facile à lire même en VO grâce a une écriture peu compliquée, on ne s'ennuie pas, il se passe toujours quelque chose de haletant. Le problème est qu'on le finit avec énormément de questions sans réponses. Ça pourra en rebuter certains. J'attaque donc "The Scorch Trials"

The first book is the best of the trilogy as we're not fed up yet with the unresolved mysteries and plot holes that follow throughout the trilogy. I should have stopped my reading there because the rest of the trilogy felt like a patchwork of potential ideas that were never realised. I didn't feel that the labyrinth and "physical training" went well with the "diseased world" scenario. The in-world slang was a bit annoying and I was left wondering if the author had any idea of where he was going.
