Amy had a rough start in life. Abandoned by her father as a baby, and her mother dies of cancer, she is placed into her uncle’s care. He turns out to be a drunk and rapist. He wants to punish Kevin for his sister’s death and thinks he already outwitted him. But Kevin takes his time to respond to this challenge, leaving Amy vulnerable in the hands of another abusive man with narcissistic dispositions.
