Changed my life. My persistant doubt had me even questioning whether or not I had OCD (I obsess over going completely schizophrenic + 1000 other fun things), but helped me realize my problem and more importantly HOW TO FIX IT. I've only been diagnosed this year, and was raised by OCD suffering parents, so I didn't even know my worries and compulsions were unfounded. They were all I saw around me and when I reflected on it, of course, it made sense in my OCD mind. Medication + therapy + this book = Managable OCD. I truly believe if your case isn't as severely ingrained as mine is, you can completely beat this disorder. Everyday is better than the last : )
