Light
Without light, you can’t see.
Those who believe only in what they can touch can’t feel the light.
Light powers life, flowers, oceans, animals, the earth, and your life.
Light is such a beautiful word.
It illuminates your body, your emotions, your thoughts, your soul.
When you are in the dark, when you stumble, when you get lost, you panic, you fall, you give in.
Thus, the blind can’t lead the blind; you need someone that can see the light.
Light is a vibration frequency that travels at an unreachable speed, and, as Einstein said, any matter that travels at its speed turns into energy.
This means light is transformative.
And if one day, when you give up on resisting, you stop believing you are just matter and ego and you want to let that light enter through the window of your thoughts and emotions and then it illuminates your darkness, your haze; you will certainly wake up and say: “I am a purely energetic being, made of atoms and particles that travel at the speed of light and shines like it. And as such, I have come to play my part, just going through life, to keep transforming myself, like light itself.

​MIGUEL D'ADDARIO He holds a degree in Journalism, a Master’s degree in Social Education and Sociology, and a PhD in Social Communication from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has developed his expertise in various fields of teaching that go from Professional Training to University level, both in Latin America and Europe. His books can be found in different study centers and libraries across the world, like the Universidad San Pablo de Peru, the Universidad de Santo Domingo in Dominican Republic, the Universidad de San Gregorio in Ecuador, the Universitat de Valencia, the National Library of Spain, the National Library of the Argentine Republic, the University of Texas, the University of Toronto, the Universidad de Deusto, the British Library, Harvard University, and the United States Library of Congress. PhD and essayist, he has received awards and acknowledgements from writers’ associations, cultural centers, universities and related organizations. Moreover, he has performed as lecturer, presenter and investigator in universities, and educational centers, both public and private. He is also the author of artistic books, such as poetry and short stories, and educational books of different levels and subjects. His books are distributed on the five continents and are frequently used as reference in libraries all over the world. They are listed in international catalogues, ISBNs and bibliographic databases. All of his books are translated into several languages and can be found in international bookstores, both in paper and in electronic versions.
