About the author

R. L. Stine is an American writer and producer, best known as the author of the Goosebumps and Fear Street series. Often referred to as the “Stephen King of children’s literature,” Stine has authored hundreds of horror novels for young adults. After graduating from the Ohio State University, he moved to New York City to pursue a career in writing and launched the humor magazine Bananas. Stine’s books have sold hundreds of millions of copies worldwide.
