Some reviewers are way "out of touch" as Hall & Oates says. The synopsis explains, but they read it anyway, then are surprised by the "dirty,violent" stuff. Reminds me of the format in Go Ask Alice; mild yet wrongly one of the most banned books even now. I know I'll hate Fifty Shades of Grey so I don't read it. Don't read a gang book or play GTA5 & then complain. Funny some say the gang/domestic violence isn't realistic, yet believe even sicker real life stuff done by serial killers or to kidnapped girls.

OH Im sorry, I thought the WHOLE book was FREE! Im a big reader and this book could have compelled me to actually purchase many others by this author. .oh well nice short though.. however I wish I didnt input my card info for this "free" book.. smh next time ill just opt for the sample seeing thats all we're getting anyway..

To inappropriate for a kid, shouldn't have read it but it is a very good descriptive book, it's about a young boy who lives in the hood and his father is a drug dealer, well one day the father a.k.a " Big Man" gets shot by this kid so this guy is trying to track him down and kill him. also lots of bad words
