I am so glad I read this historical fiction book! I absolutely loved it. It was absolutely captivating to me. I loved the plot, the characters and just everything! The mystery and romance kept me feeling engaged. I enjoyed how they trusted in God's plan for them and so yes, it is a Christian read.I received a complimentary copy from the publisher and was not required to post a positive review. Absolutely enjoyed The Swindler’s Daughter! This is my first book by Stephenia H. McGee and definitely won’t be my last. I was pulled in by the gorgeous cover and the compelling story kept me turning the pages. It’s a surprise inheritance mystery with suspense, an enemies to lovers romance, and a touch of faith.
