Dr Sohère Roked is a GP with over ten years of experience working within the NHS. She is also one of only ten UK GPs who has trained in holistic medicine. Dr Roked has seen thousands of patients and, in her experience, very few patients (and NHS doctors) understand the link between nutrition, exercise, environment and health. Her aim is to empower and equip individuals to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
