About this eBook

The game these childhood friends are playing may break both their hearts.

Twelve years ago, Samuel Turlington falsely accused Alexander Duncan’s father of colluding with Napoleon. Once convicted, the man’s title and lands were stripped, and he was executed.

Disgraced, the family fled to Italy, where they built another fortune. His brothers were able to carry on with their lives, yet Alexander was unable to find peace until he saw his family name restored.

Now he’s returned to England to exonerate his father who swore Charles Turlington was the true traitor. He believes the evidence to prove his father’s innocence is somewhere inside the Turlington’s country estate.

It is imperative that he court Turlington’s daughter Phoebe well enough to gain access to her father’s papers.

Though she knew him when she was a girl, he’s certain Phoebe won’t recognize him as her former playmate when she meets his wealthy Italian alter-ego Signor Dante Alonzo.

Only, he never expected her to have grown into such an enchanting young woman.

He never expected their long-ago connection would haunt him still.

And he never expected to fall in love...

🌟🌟ONE TITILLATING JOURNEY🌟🌟 Howling hounds Harold! Normandie comes out swinging with this little attention git'r, laying 'em out and standing tall as the dubious trials and turbulent struggles abound, kicking this bad boy into a tizzy with life-changing results. Confusion and perception descend in a flurry as revelations are revealed as ramifications run rampant, exhibiting the dramatic twists unnerving turns abound. Our cast of characters are authentically distinctive and thoroughly genuine with perceptible natures and engaging attributes, molding into realistic personalities, melding them together beautifully. Fantastic job Normandie, thanks for sharing this little man with us.

The first book in the Sins of the Brothers series a well written story that grabbed my interest from the start and did not let go until I was finished. Twelve years ago Alexander Duncan’s father was falsely accused of treason, Alex is now back in England to get to the truth under the name of Signor Dante Alonzo. He is going to get Phoebe Turlington his childhood friend to help him if he can. I enjoyed seeing these two get their happy ending.
