He is a partner at Succession Capital Partners, a Virginia-based private equity firm, and CFO of Groundworks LLC, the nation’s largest foundation services company and Succession’s largest investment at $400 million. Prior to Succession Capital, Frey held positions in private equity and investment banking at Winston Partners and JP Morgan.
