Although the book is dated the the philosophy in this book is solid. In my expirience with this book it made clear the meaning of will power.The effects of the self fulfilling prophecy. Aswell it touched on the greater effect of procrastination on the will. I would recommend this to anyone who's feels they need more will power or who is interested in philosophy.
