The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is a novel of U.S. author L. Frank Baum. He is credited for writing thirteen novel sequels, nine fantasy novels, huge number of other works. These works include 82 short stories, over 200 poems, an unknown number of scripts, and many miscellaneous writings. First published on May 17, 1900 in Chicago, this novel is about the adventures of a girl named Dorothy in the Land of Oz.
