Compared to the manga adaptation, this volume actually described accurately and vividly what is the MC’s inner feeling and his ‘lesson’ during his duel with the Berserker. Somehow the manga lacks the actual point of what is the MC trying to convey in his duel, and reading this volume truly enlightens me. Now every time I read the duel part, it excites me, it makes my mind played some of the duel scenes in Rurouni Kenshin.
