A wonderful book, unfortunately slaughtered by Google's scanning, that was made in the wrong format and cut every page almost in half, leaving out part of the content. Scanned this way, the book is practically useless and leaves the reader wondering whether anybody at Google bother about checking their work. I hope someone else will do a better job with this book, because it's really worth a good quality (and careful) scan.
