About the author

Before she started writing funny stories for children, Michelle Robinson wrote copy and devised websites for some of the world's biggest brands. Michelle lives in Frome, England, with her husband and two children. She is the author of board books Yak Yuk and Bear Boar, illustrated by David Sim.

Jim Field is a hugely talented illustrator. His first picture book Cats Ahoy! written by Peter Bently won the Booktrust Roald Dahl Funny Prize in 2011 and was nominated for the Kate Greenaway award. This is his first picture book for Bloombury. Jim lives in London.
