I am yet to read the book.Through video lectures I learnt & eating whole plant based food since 3 months with Awesome results.My chronic arthritis, hypertension,diabetes type II all got reversed.i am feeling wonderful at 70 all I wanted is to be free of disease,drugs & doctors,hospitals,diagnostics.i have achieved that.Thanks to Dr Campbell and Dr Biswarup Roy Choudhury the torch bearer of China Study in India.He is a Messiah.Moreover it costs me "0".Now I know I will not die of FDA created diseases.

Yet to read but great for sure. I am a bit hesitant to adopt a whole food plant based diet...

The three stars are only for the missing chunk of text on page 86, so far the only I noticed. I'm going to return the book for a refund.

About the author

Thomas Campbell, MD, is an instructor of clinical family medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He coauthored The China Study, which sold more than a million copies and inspired the 2011 documentary Forks over Knives. He also is director of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, a nonprofit organization in Ithaca, New York, that promotes optimal nutrition through science-based education, advocacy, and research in partnership with eCornell, Cornell University's online course provider. He lives in Rochester, NY.
