About this ebook

Citizens across the country are fed up with the politicians in Washington telling us how to live our lives—and then sticking us with the bill. But what can we do? Actually, we can just say “no.” As New York Times bestselling author Thomas E. Woods, Jr., explains, “nullification” allows states to reject unconstitutional federal laws. For many tea partiers nationwide, nullification is rapidly becoming the only way to stop an over-reaching government drunk on power. From privacy to national healthcare, Woods shows how this growing and popular movement is sweeping across America and empowering states to take action against Obama’s socialist policies and big-government agenda.

State courts can overturn Federal Laws which are unconstitutional or arbitrarily frivolous and a Jury or juror be it as it may can nullify a state law or local ordinance by refusing to convict and can aquit for any reason even if the law is valid, they don't have to give a good reason though its usually because in the particular situation the law didn't do justice but sometimes because the law is unconstitutional, an imposter law which are void apon its enactment as thenSupreme Courts have ruled. The checksmon tyranny by creating 3 branches of Federal government would not suffice to prevent them from usurping power from States and individuals. The Constitution will not defend itself. People seem to forget today that the despotic rule we broke free from though just insurrection and conscientious rebellion and dissent was within our rights because the government was playing god. Governments derive their power from the consent of the governed. Government comes from the word Gubernato which means control. We only gave the State so much of control. We have rights. They have privileges. We are the masters and they are the servants. Their duty is to secure our rights.
