Such a stupid book. Useless rambling sold with a false sense of importance. No help whatsoever. Next to impossible to get through, and I read predominantly leadership books. Do your self a favor and read "New dads playbook" (for men or women). That's an actual baby book for fathers who take their role seriously.

The title is ofensive by saying wife is expanding .... How is that suppose to make the pregnant wife feel when they are already self conscious of growing larger so first lets fix the title and go from there .

Entertaining, thoughtful and humorous bits of knowledge made the concept worthwhile. I would definitely recommend it to father's-to be.
