One of the best study Bibles in print today. John explains the Bible by what it says, not interpreting it to say what he wants as so many people do in this modern era. Much of what the Bible is saying gets lost on its today, as we don't understand culture of that time, customs, the language and how it was used, the geography of the region, and other factors. All of those bridges and more are bridged in this study Bible, and John is the best expositor of the Word that I know of today.

Love this study bible, alot of very good solid commentary. Love also how it changes with the lighting of the room.
