This is book seven of the Dragon Rules series and the main characters are Alana Krane, a young woman who was forced away from family age fifteen, to become a seeker, and Kell, the dragon she awoke from his eternal slumber, who she insists on calling Blue, after his colour, for so much of the time. Her younger sister Mara knows nothing of why Alana left the family behind and has rarely been in contact, thinking her sister hates her. Their mother had tested them both to see if they had druid power

Interesting, Kell is Kell, while Alana is quirky and troubled. Ms T makes you feel as if you are in the room listening to their convo. This is a very involved story and yet, it's not. Simple to follow but it involves so many others. While it's not necessary, if you are a true reader you are going to want to read them all. I did. Kell and Alana, all the druids and dragons are unique and so,so interesting. The bonds they share are beautiful and I can hardly wait for more. I volunteered to read and review an advance reader copy.

This book has Alana feeling guilt as she has to accept that Kell is her mate and her sister doesn't hate her. Kell has to keep reminding Alana that she is good and that he will never leave her. Their connection to each other will be cemented as they work together to find the artifact that will help save the druids and dragons. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
