About this eBook

She lives by a set of rules. He aims to break each one.

When Zane Logan returns to Wishing, Texas, he’s shocked to learn that his grandmother has hired an assistant to manage her wedding planning business as she heals from surgery. With five marriages between his parents, just the thought of weddings breaks him out in hives. To look out for his grandmother’s financial interests, Zane takes charge. He doesn’t trust easily, especially when the assistant is prettier than a Texas spring day.

Childhood taught McKenna Stinson an important rule: never count on anyone but yourself. She dreams of working hard to have her own business. Stepping in for a successful wedding planner in a small town known for big weddings is the perfect opportunity...until her employer’s grandson announces he’s the new boss. He’s cynical about love and knows nothing about weddings—so why is she falling for him?

Even worse, Zane's so hot McKenna has to make up two new rules: don’t date a man more attractive than you and never, ever, date a man you work with.

Julie Benson’s four book, To Marry a Texas Cowboy, in the Wishing, Texas series has all the feels when it comes to the unpredictable twists and turns in the journey to a HEA. From the onset of the story you’ll find heartwarming moments, as well as laugh out loud boys will be boys antics. Zane and McKenna, as an unlikely couple, quickly capture your heart as they gradually find their way to each other. Their lighter moments are priceless, but their chemistry is what really kept the pages turning. Their HEA was the perfect way to wrap up the series. This ARC book was complimentary, provided by the Publisher. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

To Marry a Texas Cowboy is the final book in the Wishing Texas series by Julie Benson. It is a wonderful book about a small town in Texas called Wishing. Their is said to be a legendary wishing well where wishes are made and come true. Virginia Logan makes a wish that her grandson Zane can learn to let go of his past and find love. Zane and McKenna must learn to work together and run Lucky Star weddings while Virginia recovers from surgery. He is going to have to learn to trust and she is going to have to let loose in order for this partnership to work. Will these two total opposites come to a truce long enough to get things done and not let Virginia down. Could they even possibly find love in the process making Virginia's wish come true. Although it can be read as a stand alone, I feel it would have been better if they are read together since the characters crossover throughout the story. I Know after reading this one I will definitely going back and reading the other books. I was given a ARC by the publisher in return for a honest review, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
