Kelsey McKnight’s first installment of The Hollingsworth Sisters series, To Wrangle a Rancher, is the perfect story to lose yourself in for an afternoon. With endearing characters...and critters...the story is engaging, with wry humor and witty banter. The emotions pull at the heartstrings, while the familial obstacles/challenges keep the pages turning. I can only see this series becoming more and more engaging as each remaining sister’s story unfolds. This ARC book was complimentary, provided by the Publisher. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

Loved Kit and Olivia!! Olivia is only in Marietta for short time, over seeing the redo of her grandma's house when she meets her new neighbor, Kit. Kit is a rancher and Marietta is his home, he loves his ranch, his cows and horses. Their first meeting had me laughing out loud, Dog the calf in the kitchen!! Olivia wins the bachelor auction of a date with Kit, what will one date hurt. Soon they can't deny the chemistry that they share, but will Olivia listen to her heart. I love returning to Marietta, it was fun how this author brought in some of my fond memories of this town while meeting new friends too. Loved the chemistry between Olivia and Kit. Home is where the heart is. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

This new series introduces us to the Hollingsworth sisters and this one belongs to Olivia. After her own father passes her over for the VP position she had worked hard for and deserved , she and her sisters go to Montana and the house that once belonged to their beloved grandmother. The intend was to use it to revap a failing home magazine as well as the house. But Olivia never expected to encounter Kit Granger, the caretaker and owner of the ranch nearby. A man whose livelihood depends on grazing his cattle on the Hollingsworth land and now is in danger because of Olivia’s plans. This is a story about family, new beginnings, and of course, love.
