Juan Bautista Alberdi (San Miguel de Tucumán, 1810-Neuilly-sur-Seine, 1884). Jurista, economista, político, escritor y músico argentino. En 1852, escribió su obra de mayor influencia en el constitucionalismo argentino y americano: 'Bases y puntos de partida para la organización política de la República Argentina', tratado de derecho público que constituiría una de las principales fuentes de la Constitución de la Nación Argentina de 1853.
