As to be expected another page turner forcing me to once again prop my eyelids open with matchsticks. This will satisfy Ryan's fans and maybe earn him new ones!

A great read, and an involving and very topical story. Detail and plot action is of the highest order, dealing with Jack Ryan, snr, in his earlier "Cold War" CIA days, before becoming the present day US President. His son, Jack Ryan, jnr. is caught up in investigating a web of international intrigue, murder, and the disappearance and misappropriation of vast amounts of money by people in the highest positions of power in the Russian government. You'll love the references to the Russian President. Guess who?
