Theres a seventeen story building in Battle Creek, Michigan that still stands today. Seventy-five years ago, a steel-worker by the name of Nelson Talltrees, died on the fifth floor during its construction. This is a story about how his ghost still haunts suite 501. Once the entity discovers whats important to those that have set up shop there, he seduces them by using their greed against them by promising them success. Nelson delivers on his promise, but in the process, the entity eventually takes control of everything in his victims life, until it pushes the victim Over the Edge.

About the author

Tom was born and raised in the Chicago area. He developed an obsession for music in his teens. By the time he was in his twenties, he was touring with traveling bands. Band’s, like marriages, don’t last forever. When necessary, he found work in sales, but only until he was able to put together a new band. He left the Chicago area and settles in Battle Creek, Michigan where he and his wife lived for sixteen years. They had two children together, a son and a daughter. They have since divorced. He currently resides in a Chicago suburb.
