You are taken through the development of an application from setting up your working environment, feasibility of the application, the design, and the implementation. This is followed by incremental enhancements which all add to the development of your skills, knowledge and understanding of OAuth2, Google Glass timeline, and php connections. As you progress through the book, you can see where you are, where you are going, and why. You may struggle with understanding a section, but then you receive the instant feedback of success. I hope to have my application finished for testing in the classroom in the first term of 2014. My only criticism relates to the medium, this not a story book, I would like this book to be available in print as well. I really recommend the book to anyone starting to use Google Glass, not just with PHP.

It walks you through all the steps of setting up your first app and then dives in deeper. There are a lot of references to tools and features you might need or use and links to learn more about them.
