Melina Bellows is the President of Fun Factory Press, a boutique publishing business specializing in children's nonfiction content. During her career at National Geographic, she created hundreds of new products and franchises, including the New York Times best-selling National Geographic Kids Almanac; and Weird But True!, a 30-book series that has collectively sold over 2.1M copies; and the recreation and reintroduction of National Geographic Kids magazine, now ranked as the #1 kids' magazine. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her two children, dog, cat and bearded dragon.
