Aria is a cocktail waitress working in the high roller section of a Las Vegas casino. She understands that to get bigger tips, which she mainly lives off, she has to tolerate the players hands on her. Up to a point. However when she sees another waitress who clearly does want the attention she stands up for her. She wacks the player in the balsa with her tray. After reviewing the security tapes, Sebastian is incensed this type of harassment is happening. Plus he is enthralled with Aria. He offers Aria her job back. She is skeptical asking Sebastian if he wants to have sex and is *f**** with her. He replies no and if her was *f*** her, she would know it. Only complaint is this is short book and it is one out of 5. Well worth it though.

I received this book as an ARC via NetGalley. Aria Winston, is a casino cocktail waitress in Vegas. She might be on the verge of losing her job for being the only employee to stand up to a patron who was being rude to another patron. The job is the one and only thing keeping her from going back to her family and asking for help and that is the last thing she wants to do. This is when the owner's son, Sebastian, and acting boss steps in. Sebastian Caine, is the boss now that his father is sick. He doesn't want to be here but it's his duty to help out the family right. Once he becomes aware of the situation he handles it and starts to makes changes to help everyone in the casino. The sparks fly high when Aria and Sebastian meet face to face, which is when he tells her she's not fired. Sebastian knows he wants her and that he needs to give her time to accept what going on between. Aria has gone through a lot during her life and she's not looking for anybody to be in life right now. But every time they are together it's getting harder for her to ignore her feelings and him. Will he win their battle or will she? Tracy Wolff has become one of my favorite authors. Every time I pick up one of her books I can't put it down until I'm finished with it. I can't wait to read the other books in this series. I highly recommend this book to others to read.

I bought this not knowing it was a short story. 60 whole pages. Good read but waste of money
