The author is a practicing anesthesiologist, working for a reputed government hospital in New Delhi. She writes under the pen name “Shivani” and this is her first book. An avid reader and passionate writer of prose since her childhood days, her obsession with her profession never undermined her love for literature, art and history. She is a passionate traveler and photographer in addition to being a certified astrologer.
