This is book five in a series of six books, all inspired by the popular Sesame Street Monster Meditation videos on YouTube, which help young girls and boys learn mindfulness techniques along with their favorite characters. The videos are made in collaboration with the mindfulness app Headspace. The art style in the books is the same as in the videos—bright and simple, to appeal to the youngest Sesame Street fans.
