Jacci Tuner is the director of Christian Formation and Direction Ministry (CFDM) in Nevada. Through CFDN-NV she trains people in different spiritual practices and heads a program for Spiritual Direction Training. She has a popular blog called Spiritual Practices 101 where you can find more practices like those in this book.
