نبذة عن المؤلف
The author was an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya and is presently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business and Management at UCSI University, Malaysia. he has almost more than 27 years of experience in the due process of law and education. Throughout these years, he has been blessed to handle cases ranging from Syariah and Civil matters, managing the administration of day-to-day affairs of the institutions, teaching law subjects, and conducting research. He has a strong belief and confidence that the experience he has gained in legal practice and lecturing has given him an added edge to embark on the development of the education field and shall provide a smooth transition in enhancing this field in the future.
