Wendy Baisley Roache retired from a successful career as vice president of business operations in the healthcare industry. She enjoys teaching communication techniques for the workplace, state and local public service groups, including volunteer and chaplaincy programs. Wendy received training in lay-counseling, has facilitated various recovery groups, and was involved in leadership for her local Community Bible Study, an international ministry. Since the publication of her book UNbroken: A True Story of Hope in Starting Over, Wendy has appeared on Christian Broadcasting Network’s (CBN) 700 Club TV Show, 700 Club Interactive TV Show, 700 Club Social LIVE, and has been interviewed on Charisma Podcast Network’s (CPN) Charisma Connection Show. Johnson is a recently retired successful Police Special Services Supervisor, managing volunteers and part-time employees. Susanne is also credited with the development of the local Volunteers in Police Service program (VIPS) in 2007. This led to her acceptance of the International Association of Chiefs of Police/Science Applications International Corporation (IACP/SAIC) Award for Outstanding Achievement in Law Enforcement Volunteer Programs on behalf of the department. She also received the Law Enforcement Volunteers Coordinator Award presented by Law Enforcement Volunteers of California (LEVOC). Susanne has served in numerous ministries, including worship leader, Missionettes director, children’s pastor, pre-marriage and budget mentor, and is currently the Welcome Center and LIFE Groups Director at her local church. Additional accomplishments include: graduate of Rhema Correspondence Bible School in 1989; participant of West Point Leadership Training in Behavioral Science and Leadership Theories and completion of five ministerial certificates through International School of the Word (ISOW) in 2020.
