About the author

Marianne Ojo has published a total of more than 80 internationally peer-reviewed books, ISI accredited journal articles, book chapters and conference proceedings papers. She currently works as Visiting Professor, post-doctoral researcher as well as university lecturer and Visiting Scholar and is currently also engaged in several projects at affiliated universities in the United States (George Mason University) as well as supervision of graduate and non-graduate students. Furthermore, she serves as a reviewer for various scientific and academic journals which have been accredited with highest credentials at international level. Her previous academic commitments include Insolvency and Research work at LTB, Frankfurt, Research Fellow at the Center for European Law, University of Bremen (2007 – 2010), Teaching Associate and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oxford Brookes University (2004 – 2007). She has also collaborated with several other authors as well as contributed in several consultation and academic exercises with the Bank for International Settlements. [Editor]
