Thank you so much to the authors for the detailed information. It's helped me understand my son (and myself! I had similar traits as a child and still do to a lesser extent) better and given me some useful advice to regulate myself better and plan ahead and implement routines to avoid pitfalls with my son. If you suspect your child has ADHD, this is a must read.

Really enjoyed reading this book and has put my mind at ease a little , with regards to my son and his behaviour and everyday difficulties, definitely a must read if your experiencing ADHD or in the process of assessment for it.
