A beautiful escape from a world 🌎 full of strife. I particularly liked the 1st wedding which was so romantic and reminded me of my own beach wedding 25yrs ago (sigh)💭 However, it felt unfinished to me as though Marco's story needed more as he was still a bit of a mystery. Overall a good read for ya hols!

Second book in this series (free introduction-definitely buy it). Chloe and Marco are both successful and motivated. They agree to dynastic marriage and gradually fall in love. I can’t wait for the rest of this series

Chloe's a gentile southern lady treated horribly by her family. She wants her independence from this dysfunctional family because she has a precious little sister who is mentally challenged and Chloe wants custody of her. Marco Hudson is from the inner city streets but has risen to the top 1%. He is looking to relocate his business to the port city of Charleston but has found he’s not welcome.
