This is the first book I've read by Mia Sheridan. I absolutely loved it. She is an excellent author. This book was a mystery/suspense romance that had my attention from the beginning. I loved getting so many POVs. I didn't want to put it down, but needed to do so at times. The heartbreaking back stories were difficult to read. My heart squeezed for the characters. I teared up. But there were heartwarming moments as well. I will look for more from this author. Thank you Netgalley and SOURCEBOOKS Bloombooks for the ARC of this book. This is my voluntary and honest review.
