About the author

Nasser Al Harrasi is an accomplished senior lecturer of Business Studies at the University of Technology and Applied Science-Muscat. With over a decade of diverse experience, he has held various roles in teaching, consultancy, and corporate management in Oman. Dr. Al Harrasi received his PhD in Human Resources Management from Binary University, College of Management & Entrepreneurship, Malaysia in 2020 and is also a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. As a dedicated researcher, Dr. Al Harrasi is passionate about investigating topics related to HRM practices, organization behavior, and higher education. He has a successful track record of securing external funding and grant research opportunities and leads and supervises several research teams. His research has been published in reputable journals such as the Journal of Social Science and Business Management. Dr. Al Harrasi is a dynamic professional who is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and community service. He is well-respected by his colleagues and students for his inspiring leadership, mentoring, and contributions to the field of business studies.

Mohamed Salah El Din , a driven lecturer and researcher, pioneers AI applications in management and higher education. His master's in international Transport & Logistics from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AAST), and extensive industry experience in shipping and logistics, bridge academic rigor with practical expertise. Certified by the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) and having taken several courses on AI and digital transformation, Mohamed adds industry validation and cutting-edge knowledge to his research. Mohamed's accomplishments include publishing peer-reviewed articles, securing multiple research grants, and winning several research competitions. He has published on AI adoption in management, including a groundbreaking book on using ChatGPT in academia, and currently co-edits a book on the broader scope of AI use in higher education.
