About this ebook

“Unprecedented situations require an offbeat approach!”

‘#gratitude’ is the author’s compilation of a set of Executive Assistant skills that have aided him to thrive through the “uncertain lockdown period”.

If you have wondered how to sustain through the highs and lows that the lockdown has offered us, and are up for knowing about the lessons that some unexpected and undervalued things can teach, then this book sure has something in store for you!

About the author

Vijoy Thondil, a seasoned Executive Assistant with a career spanning over 14 years across India and UAE, lives in Mumbai with his wife, mother, and son. Vijoy is professional in all aspects of his life. According to him, being an Executive Assistant is not only a designation but a behavior that is inculcated. And after practicing it for so many years it has been embedded in his DNA.

He constantly works on aligning his thoughts and actions and wants to emphasize the importance of work and time management as it is the key to prevent oneself from being overwhelmed with work and mental strain.

He is thankful that the universe has granted this opportunity to bring together a team that was able to deliver this book, even though they, including him, were novices.

Through this book, the author wants to help people who are overwhelmed and struggling in striking a balance between their personal and professional life. He wants to tell them that it was a bumpy ride for all of us and it is okay if they did not learn some new skill, but with change management, they would come out as a better version of themselves. In this book, he presents his share of the journey.
