Information given in this is so useful, i like it. Some time you need to focus on your nervous system and for that vagus nerve comes in where you can improve by reading this book.

I bought this book for my health and I hope to gain at least one big improvement and maybe several, but I don't know for sure what the cause of some of my ailments are, so I can not specify now what gains I will get out of it. My physician said the subject is too new for him, so he does not have enough information to make an informed referral for me.

This awesome book teaches you how to activate and stimulate the vagus nerve by singing, laughing,meditating, yoga and much more. This is going to get incorporated into my daily life.
