This is thirty-two year old, Nicholai, The Collector, and Mila’s story line.THE COLLECTOR is a story of betrayal and vengeance, power and control, death, destruction and abuse, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is intriguing and captivating; the romance is provocative; the characters are desperate and determined.

This was a story that I just couldn't get into. I wasn't able to connect with the characters and that was most likely for to the fact that I didn't feel like there was any really chemistry between them. Every scene that involved any streaminess, just felt forced. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the start to the Cells of Kalashov Series and what a start. Nicholai was hired to collect and deliver Mila but ultimately decided that Mila would be his to keep. When something becomes more than just a job there can be quite the transformation and you can see that with Nicholai. I loved his development. This is a thrilling and suspenseful read.
