An excellent reference book, but the table of contents in this version is only partially there. The book is complete, but I have to search for the info I need instead of being able to use the table of contents. There was another version in the store that seemed to have the full TOC.

Purchased this years ago and it has disappeared from my iPhone. Can’t find it anywhere. Really? I need to repurchase it?

How is the DVD included? Looks like it's digital. I never got it in the mail. Rather disappointed.
