Note, this is book 2 of 2 in a series, you'll need Caine and Addison's first book prior to this one. SPOILER ALERT I loved this wrap up of Addison and Caine's story. Not only was the love story everything I wanted, but Addison's resolution with her mother made for some nice moments. Some of my favorite parts: the descriptions of Addison's temporary tattoos, the male bickering between Caine and the other male characters, and the reunion of Addison and her diner family. *I received a free advanced reader's copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I read this book in one sitting! The only disappointing thing about this book is, is that it ended. Luckily the next book is already released. Caine and Addison are a couple with so much possibility. Addison is scared and has a tremendous amount of responsibility raising her much younger brother and sister. She'll do anything for her siblings to keep them safe and together, even giving up Caine if need be. Violet Duke has another super great read with this one. Don't miss out on reading a great book!

There are very few authors that can bring me to tears, but I would highly recommend having a box of tissues standing by when you head the last chapter of About That Night. I cried when Harry Potter saw Dumbledore murdered, and I had tears running down my cheeks as I read that final chapter. The fortunate thing is that the story isn't over, this is just a cliffhanger and the finale is due to be released soon. Violet Duke has a magical touch; she creates characters so real, so personable, that you would really love to hang out with them. I absolutely love her books and give this my highest recommendation!
