There is life and love after forty. This was a fun, sexy, love story about an early retiree who was bored. She didn't like the club set but gave it a valiant try. She was bored with men she met online and through friends. Learning to cook was the best thing she'd tried. Of course, the fact that her online chef guide has become an online friend may be the reason. When he tried to make it more she backed away, afraid of losing her confidant. A blind-date-gone bad turns into an encounter with a "silver fox" of a man with a body, personality, and a sense of humor and adventure. Irresistible, so she stopped trying. There are a few snags along the way, however, both fuel the adventurous side of the other. I really enjoyed the relationship with mature yet interesting, sexy, and smart people. There was enough emotional turmoil to make it interesting yet keep it light enough to be a feel-good read. The steam was emotional and well as physical. I highly recommend this to readers young and older. This is my honest review of this advance reader copy and I have not been compensated in any way
