4.5 star Review Bad Boy M.D. by Virna DePaul   I loved that the heroine Dr. Lauren Decker is 10 years older than the hero Dr. Ryan Castle. It’s not often that the heroine of the story is older and this story line worked so well and was a pleasure to read. Both Lauren and Ryan have been badly burned by previous relationships which have soured and neither are looking for a relationship. In fact her ex Samuel is a jerk and one that I disliked intensely. When a dating app hookup turns out to be Lauren’s new chief resident, life is about to get complicated. Lauren is determined not to become involved with another doctor after her surgeon ex cheated on her with a nurse. However Ryan is attracted to the sexy cardiac surgeon and sets out to pursue Lauren and turns her life upside down. The attraction between the two of them is scorching but will Lauren be prepared to dive in? Ms. DePaul’s writing is strong and her characters are easy to relate to. This was a fast pace, quick read which I enjoyed. Bad Boy M.D. proves that when you least expect it, love can and will find you, you just have to open yourself up to the possibilities.

Excellent book - couldn't put it down until I was done. As usual, very well written. Love Virna dePaul's books!
