Each chapter ends with a series of reflection questions which helps a person gain perspective on how these principles apply to him personally and how they can be applied for a higher standard of living for self and others.

Dr. William G. Covington, Jr. has taught at colleges and universities in Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. He has held seminars in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Dr. Covington has a PhD from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, a Master's of Education degree from the University of Missouri, a Master's of Human Environmental Science degree from the University of Alabama, a Master's in Speech and BA from what is now the University of Louisiana at Monroe and has done additional graduate work at the University of Kansas.
