FBI agent Thomas Mason is searching for his wife's killer, even if it means breaking all the rules. Thomas is still trying to solve his wife's murder as he is taking time off from the FBI. A shooting at the company's party targeting Dr Morrison's clients. Monica is shot and Jude sides with Thomas is trying to find who is responsible. Another page turner.

The pace of this book feels a little less frenetic than some of the previous ones had been, but I feel that served to pull us deeper into the lives of Jude and Thomas and the people closest to them. It certainly made me care more for some of the characters I wasn’t that fond of. The author has also introduced some new complications that might disrupt my pet theory. However, I’m still holding tight to my own personal notion of what’s really going on. Now, I can’t wait to see how right (or wrong)

Great read. but I'm not liking having to continue to keep purchasing short parts of one book. it's costly triple or more for one book.
