About this ebook

“I want to be scorched by your flame. I want to be enticed by your touch. Let me in. Open the door to your heart so I can save you.”

What is it about the enigmatic and taciturn Julian Devereux that captivates me so? His kind and selfless acts towards others ignite my compassionate nature to protect him from the bitter onslaught of his brother, Joshua Devereux.

But is it merely my nature to help the weak, or is it simply to indulge myself in pleasure, watching in delight as two brothers battle for my attention and their family inheritance?

Maybe deep down, I already know I love him and am willing to sacrifice and back him up in every ordeal. But I didn’t anticipate the path I chose would eventually spiral out of my control, tearing at my heart and tossing me into a labyrinth of illusion.

Sweet Entrapment was previously published under the series title The Billionaire's Twisted Love. This series contains content and themes suitable for mature readers. Beware, the love scenes are super hot. This first book ends in a cliffhanger.

Reading order:

Book 1: Captivated by You (free to download)

Book 3: Loved by You

from a writing stand point, its good. But the characters are... well, horrible people. Julian uses his tramatic past to glorify manipulation, beyond serious anger issues, mygonistic tendencies (eg telling Kimberly she was "asking for it" because she dresses a certain way), etc. Instead of going to see a mental health professional, (though I havnt read the ending to book 2. Maybe he gets therapy) The book normalizes Kimberly as effective treatment. Kimberly herself is childish, spoiled, manipulative, and snobby. Oh, I almost forgot, she's also in love with Julian. That's literally her biggest character points. Not to mention, the lines between what is and isnt consent are fearfully blurred. However, its true that I cant seem to look away from this trainwreck so kudos there. If your opinions differ from me or you love watching a trainwreck, its a good read. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere for your free books.

A good thriller, keeps you entertained throughout the read. A great effort given to little descriptions and kept a suspense at the end for us to think through.

I read it and I just couldn't stop my self from finishing it in a night.. I've completely fallen in love with Julian even after whatever he did and I've also read the 2nd book thay is Trapped by you and there I got to know that Julian's love was true and it made me cry even more. I've recommended this book to almost all of my close friends and many of them have started reading it already. Now, soon I'll be reading Loved by you. So excited.

Apparently, writing swoon-worthy heroes and spunky innocent heroines runs in the family.

Happy reading.
